I’ve been busy completing a dressmaking course and learning all the in’s-and-out’s of sewing to improve and learn new skills. This has been quite time-consuming but fun as well. My plan is to offer a clothing alterations service, and learning as much about garment construction is the outcome I hope to achieve by doing this course. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow for much reading time, but I do try to squeeze in a little book time here and there. This is why I’m not offering a review service at the moment. This may change in the future but, it’s on hold for now.
Also, to those people who have been stopping by my blog and leaving comments (Thank you!) I will answer those soon, I promise.
To help put these skills into practice I decided to take advantage of my children’s huge love of everything Minecraft and have whipped up a couple of beanies/hats based on a couple of the characters from this beloved game. Here’s the photo’s as I posted on my Instagram account:-

As for the book reviews, I do have one ready to go and a couple more in progress which I will post as soon as I can. But in the meantime, enjoy your week and happy reading!
